** "Entire Villa" rate of $1,995 Does Not Include "Attached In-Law Suite" which is an additional $350 per night.
SPECIAL PROMOTIONAL RATES: June - October 2012 ONLY - 50% discount on individual suites or $1,250 per night for entire villa.
Holiday Season: Christmas/New Year's/Easter and Holy Week - $2,500 USD per night minimum 5 night stay.
Day use fee for more than 2 guests per suite - $100 per person
Event Fee with Rental - $2,500 per event
Event Fee with No Rental - $5,000 per event
Event Fee w/ No Rental and 150 guests or More - $7,500

Deposits:
50% - upon booking confirmation.
Balance Due - 60 days prior to arrival.
*Holiday Bookings Balance Due - 90 days prior arrival.
Security Deposit ($1,000.00)– 30 days prior to arrival. (Security Deposit is returned 14 days after completion of stay provided no damage has occurred.)
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS:
In the event of a cancellation after the deposit is received all payments and deposits are non-refundable unless the accommodations are re-rented by Casa Gaza Blanca for the same exact period cancelled and at the discretion of the villa owner. A facilitating fee will apply. Any refunds shall be limited to funds paid directly to Casa Garza Blanca and in no circumstance shall refunds exceed funds received by Casa Garza Blanca. All cancellations shall be submitted in writing and sent to stewart@casagarzablanca.com. No refunds will be made for unused accommodations or services. Any deviation from this policy shall be arranged at time of reservation in writing. All Holiday reservation/booking deposits are non-refundable. This includes Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving and Easter Week.
